Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi

This anime is superb. There are a lot of fans crazy for this anime. First when I looked at this anime, I thought it’s a drama. But I was wrong. This anime is not really a drama. It’s a science fiction action drama! Yes, it’s science fiction. In animenewsnetwork, this anime has 8.87 for the rating, and that’s quite awesome.

Synopsis:

Suzumiya Haruhi is an eccentric and smart girl. She is actually pretty, but no one could talk to her because she is not interested in ordinary human. She is only interested in aliens, time travelers and ESPers. That’s why she’s always searching for mysteries and unordinary people by joining every clubs in her school. But because there is no such thing, like mystery and unordinary person, she is getting bored.

One day, amazingly, a boy named Kyon succeeded to talk and make a conversation with her. Because of Kyon, Suzumiya was inspired to make a club (that has no purpose) named SOS Brigade.

After finding a room, the club gets another member named Nagato Yuuki. She is not interested with the club. She is actually member of literature club, which room’s changed into SOS Brigade’s room. She joined the brigade so that she can read books in that room.

Then, Suzumiya recruited a pretty but clumsy girl named Asahina Mikuru. First of all she didn’t want to join, but after Suzumiya insisted (and after she saw Nagato), she decided to join in.

Then, Suzumiya recruited a transfer boy named Koizumi Itsuki. Suzumiya recruited him because Suzumiya found that Koizumi as a “mysterious transfer boy”.

Finally Suzumiya decided the purpose of the club: Finding mysterious things in this world.

VEOH VS. Licensed Anime

Just to let you know, now veoh doesn't support licensed anime.

But there could be licensed anime, or maybe some member just uploaded them.

But After you download a licensed anime from veoh.com. I think you should move the file to another folder. otherwise the veoh program could delete it by the command from the server.

Honey & Clover Live-Action Movie

Actually I have watched this movie after I watched the anime version. I like this movie (After I think about it, I think I just don’t like Death Note Live-Action Movie ^^;).

I don’t know if there is the sequel of this movie, because there are so much scenes that never show up in this movie.

Yes, there are some differences between the movie and the anime version:

Anime is just for kids

“Anime is just for kids“, “Anime is not for grownups”. Those are what people usually said about anime, especially in my country.

What anime have they seen?? If they watch anime for kids like Doraemon, Bleach, Naruto, Dragon Ball, Crayon Shinchan, etc, no wonder if they thought that anime is just for kids.

Anime=animation=cartoon=for kids?? What is that?!?
