L (Live Action Movie)

Another Death Note live action. It’s the prequel of Death Note live action.

Honestly, I have no idea what the story will be. (For information, please go to this link. It’s in Japanese, I don’t understand^^)

But hopefully, it’s better than the other Death Note live action.

Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi

This anime is superb. There are a lot of fans crazy for this anime. First when I looked at this anime, I thought it’s a drama. But I was wrong. This anime is not really a drama. It’s a science fiction action drama! Yes, it’s science fiction. In animenewsnetwork, this anime has 8.87 for the rating, and that’s quite awesome.

Synopsis:

Suzumiya Haruhi is an eccentric and smart girl. She is actually pretty, but no one could talk to her because she is not interested in ordinary human. She is only interested in aliens, time travelers and ESPers. That’s why she’s always searching for mysteries and unordinary people by joining every clubs in her school. But because there is no such thing, like mystery and unordinary person, she is getting bored.

One day, amazingly, a boy named Kyon succeeded to talk and make a conversation with her. Because of Kyon, Suzumiya was inspired to make a club (that has no purpose) named SOS Brigade.

After finding a room, the club gets another member named Nagato Yuuki. She is not interested with the club. She is actually member of literature club, which room’s changed into SOS Brigade’s room. She joined the brigade so that she can read books in that room.

Then, Suzumiya recruited a pretty but clumsy girl named Asahina Mikuru. First of all she didn’t want to join, but after Suzumiya insisted (and after she saw Nagato), she decided to join in.

Then, Suzumiya recruited a transfer boy named Koizumi Itsuki. Suzumiya recruited him because Suzumiya found that Koizumi as a “mysterious transfer boy”.

Finally Suzumiya decided the purpose of the club: Finding mysterious things in this world.

But somehow, Suzumiya’s existence is more significant to this universe.

Hint (spoiler):

"To the aliens and other space community, she is the potential for evolution and the center of cosmic “earth-quake”
To the time travelers, she is the time warp that makes the river of time unbalanced.
To the ESPers, she is the God
"

By the way, the episodes are shuffled. But let it be. There are only 14 episodes. Then, after you watched all the 14 episodes, you watch it again chronologically.

Interesting?

How interesting is this anime?

See this video of “Hare Hare Yukai” (the ending song)

There are a lot of fans who can even remember and do the dance and the moves in this video.

There is no way this anime is bad.

Overall rate: 4 stars!!

VEOH VS. Licensed Anime

Just to let you know, now veoh doesn't support licensed anime.

But there could be licensed anime, or maybe some member just uploaded them.

But After you download a licensed anime from veoh.com. I think you should move the file to another folder. otherwise the veoh program could delete it by the command from the server.

Honey & Clover Live-Action Movie

Actually I have watched this movie after I watched the anime version. I like this movie (After I think about it, I think I just don’t like Death Note Live-Action Movie ^^;).

I don’t know if there is the sequel of this movie, because there are so much scenes that never show up in this movie.

Yes, there are some differences between the movie and the anime version:

*Hanamoto Sensei doesn’t over protect Hagu.
*Hagu’s love story’s different.
*They went to the sea
*Morita doesn’t work with the movie director
*Morita’s not that good in making money. But he’s more talented in making art pieces.
*There is no Morita Kaoru
*Mayama is more psychotic. He stalks Rika and keeps every Rika’s belonging. So he’s a psycho!

+The casts of Hagu and Takemoto are just perfect
+The art pieces are superb!
+I believe the casts are real artists.

-Mayama is not that manly.
-Morita is too wild. And it seems that he doesn’t like money.
-Mayama is really Morita’s junior. In the anime version, although he is Morita’s junior, he acts like his senior.
-It seems very quiet. There is almost no background music.

Overall rate: 3 stars.

Lovely Complex Live-Action Movie

Finally I watched an anime-based live action movie which is better than the anime version.

It's Lovely Complex. Yeah, I just knew it not so long.

Well, actually the story is the same like the anime version, but with some cuts to make it shorter..

But it’s seriously more hilarious, and perfect. About the casts, they’re perfect! I believe they also talk in Kansai accent.

The only difference is Suzuki isn’t cool, but rather pervert.

It’s just perfect. It’s funny but the sad scene made me cry T_T

You should watch it! Overall rate: 4 stars!

Anime is just for kids

“Anime is just for kids“, “Anime is not for grownups”. Those are what people usually said about anime, especially in my country.

Well I don’t know if there are still a lot of people thinking like that. But I would like to tell you this: Anime is not just for kids!

What anime have they seen?? If they watch anime for kids like Doraemon, Bleach, Naruto, Dragon Ball, Crayon Shinchan, etc, no wonder if they thought that anime is just for kids.

Anime=animation=cartoon=for kids?? What is that?!?

Let’s see examples from anime that is not for kids:

-Evangelion. It’s just too complicated. I (when I was 18 years old) needed 3 times to watch before I understand the ending. And Evangelion is just fool of blood and some nudity. I don’t think kids should watch this anime.
-Hunter X Hunter. Heads are rolling, crashed, and cut. Hisoka is just maniac. The strategies are a bit complicated. I don’t expect kids would understand it.
-Claymore. It’s full of blood and nudity.

And other anime like
-Darker than Black
-Black Lagoon
-Devil May Cry
-Love Hina

It’s clear that those animes are not for kids. It’s for the grownups!

By the way, All hentai anime are not for kids^^
